At FlashJoy, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find details about our shipping options, processing times, and other relevant information.
Shipping time within Canada is 1-2 weeks, shipping time in the United States is 2-4 weeks, and the return period is within 5 working days. Customers are responsible for the return and shipping fees
Processing Time
Orders within Canada are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment faces a significant delay, we will contact you via email. Please note that our current shipping method is Lettermail, which does not include a tracking number.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping option:
- Standard Lettermail Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
After your order is dispatched, the estimated shipping time is typically between 7 to 14 business days (within Canada) under normal circumstances. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary based on location, shipping provider, and unforeseen delays.
International Shipping
For now, FlashJoy only provides shipping within Canada. We are working on expanding our business internationally and will update our customers once international shipping is available.
Missing or Delayed Orders

Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
