Shipping time within Canada is 1-2 weeks, shipping time in the United States is 2-4 weeks, and the return period is within 5 working days. Customers are responsible for the return and shipping fees

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
